Terms of Use
Last updated: March 17, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zero Point application and website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Zero Point is a pattern mapping and reflective coaching application. It is designed to help users observe emotional and behavioral patterns, identify triggers, and build self-awareness. The Service uses AI-powered coaching responses generated by language models.
3. Crisis and Emergency Limitation
The Service is not an emergency service, crisis response service, suicide prevention service, medical provider, therapist, or healthcare facility. The Service does not provide emergency intervention, rescue, dispatch, or guaranteed human review of messages. Messages, flags, and alerts are not monitored in real time.
If you may be in immediate danger, may act on thoughts of suicide or self-harm, or require urgent mental health support, call emergency services immediately, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline if you are in the United States, contact your local crisis service, or go to the nearest emergency room.
4. No Reliance for Crisis Situations
You agree not to rely on the Service for crisis support, emergency response, or time-sensitive intervention. Safety prompts, automated detection, crisis-resource displays, and internal alerts are supplemental only and do not create any obligation to provide live monitoring, intervention, rescue, or follow-up.
5. Internal Safety Alerts
In some cases, the Service may generate internal safety alerts for administrative awareness, system monitoring, quality review, legal compliance, or service improvement. These alerts are not monitored in real time and do not create any obligation to provide intervention, emergency response, or follow-up.
6. Not Medical or Therapeutic Advice
The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, counseling, or treatment. The AI-generated coaching responses are for reflective and informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition.
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity under your account
- Seeking appropriate professional help for medical, mental health, or emergency needs
- Not relying on this Service as a substitute for emergency services or professional care
8. AI-Generated Content
Coaching responses are generated by AI language models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated response. You should exercise your own judgment when acting on any information provided by the Service.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Account Deletion
You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Contact
