Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about how Zero Point works, what it is designed to do, and how it differs from generic coaching, journaling, and symptom tracking.

What Zero Point is

Zero Point is a persistent pattern engine for self-correction. It is designed to help people identify what pulls them off center, understand the pattern underneath repeated reactions, and return with more awareness over time.

It means the system is built to do more than respond to a single message. Zero Point is designed to track repeating patterns, build a Pattern Map, narrow what is actually active, and carry that understanding across sessions.

A Pattern Map is Zero Point’s working model of the pattern underneath what you are experiencing. It looks at things like warning signs, what pulls you off track, when the pattern tends to hit, what the pattern is doing, and what the best interrupt may be.

It helps you see recurring patterns more clearly, understand what triggers them, identify what keeps them going, and respond earlier and more effectively when life pulls you off center.

How it works

Zero Point uses intake, reflection, and pattern-based coaching to narrow what is active for you. Instead of jumping straight to broad advice, it tries to identify the underlying mechanism first and then suggest a more useful next step.

The intake helps Zero Point build an initial profile of your current patterns across areas like energy, mood, focus, connection, pressure, addictive pull, purpose, environment, recovery, and trigger sensitivity.

It means the system is designed to reduce confusion over time. Instead of treating everything as a separate problem, Zero Point looks for the repeating structure underneath and narrows the pattern into something clearer and more workable.

It may track repeated triggers, warning signs, what tends to pull you off track, current return focus, and other parts of your Pattern Map that become clearer through use.

Return time is how long it takes to come back toward center after being pulled off track. The goal is not perfection. The goal is a clearer pattern, earlier interruption, and a steadier return.

How Zero Point is different

Zero Point is not designed as a generic chatbot. It is designed to identify recurring patterns, narrow mechanisms over time, and use that structure to guide coaching more precisely.

A mood tracker mainly records how you feel. Zero Point is designed to look beneath the feeling at what triggered it, what repeated, what the pattern is doing, and what may help interrupt it.

Journaling can help people reflect. Zero Point is built to organize what repeats across those reflections and turn that into a clearer Pattern Map and coaching direction.

Zero Point is not therapy, medical treatment, or crisis care. It is a pattern-based coaching system designed to support reflection, awareness, and self-correction. It is not a substitute for therapy, emergency care, or medical care.

Most coaching tools focus on goals, motivation, or productivity. Zero Point is specifically built around identifying what pulls a person off center, what keeps repeating, and what helps them return more effectively.

Safety and boundaries

No. Zero Point is not a crisis service, emergency service, or suicide prevention service.

No. Messages are not monitored in real time.

If the system detects language suggesting a possible safety risk, it can interrupt normal coaching, show crisis-support resources, and guide the user toward immediate human support.

Yes. Zero Point includes a manual support access option so users can open support resources directly without waiting for the system to detect crisis language.

Privacy and data

Zero Point may store account information, intake responses, coaching session data, Pattern Map data, consent records, and related product data needed to operate the system.

Yes. Zero Point includes controls for exporting and deleting your data.

No. Zero Point does not sell personal information.

Access is limited to the systems and authorized administrative functions needed to operate the product, maintain security, and support core functionality.

Who it is for

No. Zero Point can be used by individuals, and the underlying system can also support coaches, teams, and organizations.

Yes. The system can support a coaching context, especially when pattern recognition, structure, and continuity matter.

Potentially, yes. The system is not limited to consumer use, though the public product experience should remain focused and clear.

No. Zero Point is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or provide emergency intervention.
